Our Commitment

At BricksHub, we are committed to delivering high-quality, hands-on live training programs designed to help you advance your data skills. We understand that circumstances may change, so we have outlined our refund policy below to ensure transparency and fairness.

Digital Content & Project Generation

Since BricksHub provides immediate access to digital resources and AI-generated project blueprints, we generally do not offer refunds once a project has been generated or a digital resource (dataset/notebook) has been downloaded. These are considered "consumed" services.

Live Training & Cohorts

For live training workshops or cohort-based programs, you are eligible for a full refund if the request is made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Requests made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future session.

Subscription Billing

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing, but we do not provide prorated refunds for the remaining days in a billing cycle already paid for.

Technical Issues

If a technical error on our platform prevents you from accessing your paid content, and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours, we will issue a full or partial refund for the affected service.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our support team with the following details:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID or Order Date
  • Clear explanation for the refund request

Changes to This Policy

BricksHub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
